Join us for lunch at #EACR2024 to learn how spatial proteomic analysis of a #lungcancer model reveals regulatory T cells as modulators of KRAS-G12C inhibitor-induced immune response with Febe van Maldegem, PhD. In addition, Roberto Spada will offer a glimpse into the future of #spatialbiology, highlighting new automation, acquisition modes and analysis solutions.Hear about a recent study of KRAS-G12C inhibition in lung cancer outlining the mechanisms that restrain immunotherapy sensitivity in non-responsive tumors. The team used multiplex Imaging Mass Cytometry™ to explore spatial patterns in the tumor microenvironment, providing leads for novel therapeutic combinations in the treatment of non-small-cell lung cancer.Save your seat: https://lnkd.in/gfCTjcb2

Neurodegenerative diseases are known to affect ~15% of the worldwide population, and patient numbers appear to be steadily climbing. Three of the most common – Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, and multiple sclerosis – are currently incurable, with treatment focusing on palliative care and alleviating symptoms.Understanding the etiology of these diseases is a major challenge and requires deciphering the complex spatial processes that cause neuronal tissue deterioration, such as formation of protein aggregates and tangles, neuroinflammation, and demyelination. Imaging Mass Cytometry™ addresses this need with the ability to comprehensively visualize the pathological features of neurogenerative diseases without tissue degradation and autofluorescence artifacts usually observed in brain tissue.Learn how in this #appnote outlining a direct approach using modular imaging panels: https://lnkd.in/giECekUW#neurodegeneration #neuroscience #spatialbiology #alzheimersawareness
